WorkWonder is a platform connecting partners offering team-building activities with companies seeking such services. Our mission is to facilitate engaging and effective team-building experiences.

3. About You

As a partner ("Partner"), you are an individual or entity offering team-building activities and related services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and provide the Services.

4. Our Services

We provide a platform that allows Partners to list their Services, enabling Clients to discover and book team-building activities. Our platform includes features such as:

  • Service Listings: Create and manage listings for your team-building activities.
  • Booking Management: Receive and manage bookings from Clients.
  • Payment Processing: Facilitate payment transactions between Clients and Partners.
5. Partner Obligations

As a Partner, you agree to:

  • Service Quality: Provide high-quality, engaging, and safe team-building activities.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to your Services.
  • Availability: Maintain accurate availability information to ensure Clients can book your Services.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to Client inquiries and bookings.
6. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

  • Payment: Paying for Services as per the agreed terms.
  • Compliance: Following any guidelines or instructions provided by the Partner during the activity.
7. Payment and Pricing
  • Pricing: Partners set their own prices for Services.
  • Commission: WorkWonder charges a 10% commission on each booking made through the platform.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our platform, and Partners will receive payment after deducting the commission.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all pending bookings and payments will be honored.

9. Limitation of Liability

WorkWonder is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Partners will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
